Application Fee
A fee of QR 500 per student is payable when an application is made for a place in Loydence Academy. This application fee is non-refundable and does not count towards tuition.

Registration Fee
A registration fee of QR 3500 per student is raised when an offer of a place in Loydence Academy is accepted. The registration fee must be paid within one week from the date of offer. If this is not done within this time period then the offer will be withdrawn and the place offered to someone else. This registration fee is non refundable and does not count towards tuition.

Resources Fee
A fee of QR 1500 is charged annually for art materials, science materials, stationary, photocopying, text & exercise books, etc.

Late Payment of School Fees
In the event a student’s tuition is overdue for payment (30 days from the date of invoice), parents will be notified and will be requested to pay the outstanding balance immediately. Non-payment of this amount within one week would further add an extra amount of QR200 on the tuition fee that is owed. In event if the outstanding balance is not cleared within a further week then it will be assumed that the parent does not wish their child to continue the Academy and the place will be offered to someone else.

Notice of Withdrawal
Please note that if a student is withdrawn during the term, the full term’s fee must be paid. Also no refunds will be given.

Refund of Tuition Fees
Refund of tuition fees can only be made if at least three months written notice of withdrawal is given.
