Thank you for your interest in applying for a place for your child(ren) in Loydence Academy. You will now be given:
- Fee information
- A current school calendar with timings for each year group
- Admission form
- Medical form
- Uniform requirements
Information about Admission to Loydence Academy
- Brothers and sisters of existing students will take priority.
- Children applying for places in Pre-School and Reception must attend an informal interview
- Where there is a waiting list in operation, children will be selected in order of ability
- School reports from previous schools must be submitted along with the completed application form
- Children applying for places in Year 1 and above must take an entrance examination in mathematics and English
- A charge of QR500 per child is made for the application. This is non-refundable in case the child does not meet the Academy’s requirements or if an offer of a place is refused by the parents
All applications for your admission must include:
- Loydence Academy admission form
- QR 500 Application Fee
- A completed and signed fee collection policy form
- Child’s previous school report for the previous 2 years
- 2 recent photographs
- Copy of the child’s birth certificate
- Copy of the child’s passport
- Copy of the parent or guardian’s passport including ID number
- Completed Loydence Academy medical form
- Copy of the Residence Permit for non-Qatari families
- Copy of the child’s immunization card
